LOCATION
The villas are positioned right above the vast coves of Žanjice and Mirište beaches, with views of the Arza fortress to the east and the Bay of Dobreč to the west.
You are located on the slopes of the Luštica peninsula, at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, watching the sunsets behind Mamula Island and Gospa Island.
The villas arelocated on the slopes of Luštica, surrounded by a rare variety of pine and therapeutic air currents, and therefore sheltered from strong winds, traffic, and crowdsin every other sense. Within a 500-meter radius, the villas are shielded andinsulated from the development of other pro- jects, ensuringlife with the sound of the sea, birds, and starlings.
The entrance road was developed specifically for our project, adding to the uniqueness of thelocation, whichis only 950 meters from the beaches of Mirište and Žanjice.
